What to expect when you rent a workspace from us
We have a standard lease and licence form for each site. If you take on a lease you will need to instruct a solicitor, with each party bearing their own legal costs. Should you take on a property on a short-term basis we can issue a simple licence directly, without the need for a solicitor, and you don’t have to commit for more than six months.
We ask for a rental deposit when you take possession of the space, which is usually equal to three months’ rent.
You’ll need to supply references from your bank, your accountant and one other supplier, as well as your latest set of audited accounts.
